El Instituto Profesional IACC durante el año 2018, ha trabajado para rediseñar la Biblioteca Virtual y los servicios disponibles para sus estudiantes y comunidad en general, ante lo cual se estructura el nuevo sitio web, que proviene del interés institucional por ofrecer a la comunidad IACC, un sistema de servicios y recursos de información accesibles 100% online y reunidos en un solo lugar con el propósito de convertirse en un servicio de apoyo al aprendizaje, la docencia y la investigación.

- Satisfacer las necesidades de información demandadas por estudiantes, docentes, colaboradores, egresados y titulados.
- Posibilitar el acceso uniforme de información sin restricciones de tiempo ni espacio.
- Promover la igualdad en el proceso Enseñanza – Aprendizaje entre los estudiantes, fomentando un desarrollo de aprendizaje autónomo y permanente en el tiempo.
- Facilitar y colaborar con la labor de enseñanza de los docentes y colaboradores de IACC.

Instituto Profesional IACC en el marco de su plan Estratégico Institucional ha venido desarrollando procesos de autoevaluación institucional desde el año 2017 con el propósito de ir trabajando sistemáticamente a nivel institucional en la implementación de mecanismos de aseguramiento de la calidad y autorregulación. Actualmente la institución enfrenta su segundo proceso de autoevaluación institucional.
